The whole process of renting with Aranel car rental was great. The vehicle models are a bit older, but that’s no problem at all. The prices are extremely reasonable and you don’t get taken with an additional insurance fee like other rental companies. I will definitely be renting again from this company.

We live in Costa Rica. Our car suddenly needed a large amount of work and would be out of commission for a while. A friend recommended Richard at Arenal Car Rental. I contacted Richard. He immediately committed to renting to us for as long as we needed a vehicle. The SUV arrived in good shape with a full tank of fuel and a plainly written rental contract. Anytime I needed to contact Richard he responded promptly and handled any questions I had. Returning the car was simple and convenient.
